Meet The Founder

Prevail Woman was founded in 2023 in my apartment, born out of a journal entry and a desire for change. At the time, I was struggling mentally and physically. Feeling disconnected from myself, my body, and any real routine. I felt like I didn’t have a healthy community or a space where I truly belonged.

Everything shifted when a friend invited me to the gym. What started as a simple workout turned into a turning point. I fell in love with the feeling of showing up for myself. She later connected me with a trainer, and that consistency opened me up to a new world. Being around other women on their own journeys inspired me deeply. I’ve always loved style and believed in being confident in what you wear, so the idea of creating an activewear brand naturally began to grow.

But even while building new habits, I was juggling two jobs, struggling with balance, and overindulging to fill voids. Trying to look healthy on the outside while still feeling empty on the inside.

In 2024, a breakup shook me. It left me heartbroken, sad, and unsure of who I was. That season pushed me toward healing and forgiveness. And ultimately, it brought me to give Christ my yes. Giving my life to Christ transformed me from the inside out. My discipline, my priorities, and my purpose shifted.

That’s when I knew Prevail Woman wasn’t just a brand, it was an assignment. It became a reflection of resilience, healing, faith, discipline, and transformation. I committed to stewarding this vision with intention.

The PV Woman

When I think of the PV Woman, I think of myself. Life brings trials and tribulations, but my faith in God and my perseverance to keep pressing forward have carried me. Every day I am reminded of the woman I'm becoming — a total transformation.

I think of the women I admire: Moms, entrepreneurs, fitness enthusiasts, athletes, women who travel for work and leisure. Women with intentional daily routines such as prayer, gym, work, cooking dinner, and prioritizing rest. I think of the woman who is healing, purposeful, and walking in the grace of Proverbs 31.
