Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during holidays, launches, or sales. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

Pre-Order Shipping Policy ONLY:

Pre-orders are items that are not currently in stock but are available for purchase in advance. This allows you to secure your item before it officially releases. 

Processing & Shipping Time:

All items will ship once they arrive to our facility. Estimated arrival time will be listed on each product page. Processing time after inventory arrives is 3-5 business days. If there are any delays from our manufacturer we will notify you via email.

Order Changes/Cancellations:

Once pre-order is placed, changes cannot be made, including size, color, or order edits. Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
