Pre-Order Return & Exchange Policy
Pre-orders allow customers to reserve items before release. Because these items are produced based on demand, all confirmed pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
Return Sizing Issues:
Customers may request a refund, exchange, or store credit for sizing concerns. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item, and products must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
Defective or Damaged Items:
Any defects or damage must be reported immediately upon receipt. After evaluation, we will provide an appropriate resolution, such as an exchange for the same item, size, or another available style.
Shipping Costs:
Return or exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or an error occurred during order fulfillment. Please keep all shipping documentation until your return or exchange is completed.
Influencer Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Influencers are responsible for return shipping unless the brand shipped the wrong/damaged item. Limited-edition or custom items are final sale.
Replacement items ship after the original item is received.
